Overview

Vineyard Sim is a single-player simulation game. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app accesses, stores, and transmits.

II.

Data collection

The app does not require an account, login, or registration to play. It does not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information.

Third-party services integrated into the app may collect limited data as described below.

  • Advertising (Google AdMob) — the app displays ads to support free gameplay. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the iOS Advertising Identifier / IDFA on Apple devices, or the Android Advertising ID on Android), approximate location, and usage data to serve relevant ads. On iOS, the app will request your permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any cross-app tracking takes place. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change your decision at any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on iOS, or Settings › Google › Ads on Android. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • In-App Purchases (RevenueCat) — the app uses RevenueCat to manage optional in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous device identifiers and purchase transaction data to process and verify purchases. No personal information is shared. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics) — the app records anonymous, app-instance-scoped usage events (such as starting a game or completing a season) and aggregate properties to understand how the game is played. This data is pseudonymous — it is not tied to a login or your real identity — and Google may derive an approximate location from your IP address. See the Firebase Privacy & Security and Google Privacy Policy.
  • Crash & performance diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics & Performance Monitoring) — when the app crashes or to monitor stability, it sends crash logs, device and diagnostic information, and an install identifier to Google. This helps us fix bugs and improve performance and is not used to identify you. The app also uses Firebase Remote Config (install identifier only) to adjust settings remotely. See the Firebase Privacy & Security.
III.

Local storage

Game save data — your vineyard progress, settings, and achievements — is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

IV.

Network usage

The app uses Google Fonts for typography, which may make network requests to download font files on first launch. See the Google Fonts Privacy FAQ.

The app also makes network requests to load ads (Google AdMob), verify in-app purchases (RevenueCat), and send anonymous analytics and crash/performance diagnostics to Firebase (Google). Core gameplay is fully offline and does not require an internet connection.

V.

Advertising

The app displays interstitial ads at natural pauses in gameplay (e.g., between game screens). You can remove all interstitial ads permanently through an in-app purchase.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may use device identifiers and usage data to personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time. On iOS, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking to revoke the App Tracking Transparency permission, or Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising to disable Apple's personalized advertising system-wide. On Android, go to Settings › Google › Ads.

VI.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information — such as a name or email address — from anyone, including children under 13. The analytics and advertising identifiers described above are pseudonymous and are not used to identify individuals.
