Grow & Tend

Prune in winter dormancy, guard the spring bloom, irrigate through summer drought, and scout for the olive fly before it takes the crop. Every season offers more work than you can do.

Stone mill, centrifuge, or hydraulic press — then Olio Nuovo, paper, or natural settling. Two decisions turn fruit into character, and the right pairing turns character into grade.

Sell & Build

Six buyer channels, gated by quality and reputation — from the bulk truck to gourmet retailers, premium chefs, and two region-exclusive elite houses. Your oil is only as good as your worst choice.
